Today for my Alma mater, Science and Technology University of Taiyuan, is a special day—it is her 60th birthday. After 60 years of continuous development she has developed into a comprehensive university with mechanical major as a characteristic. She has trained a large number of outstanding talents and made great contributions to the development of our country. In her 60th birthday, alumni across the country get together and she with a new look unfold in front of everyone.

Our school environment is very beautiful and there are many beautiful buildings. In front of the main building of the square is full of trees and all kinds of booming flowers. The view is very nice. Our teaching building is also very unique. The school library that has a white appearance of Europe type style is our school's most famous and most beautiful building, which attracts a lot of people come to visit and study. The just built complex is the highest building in our school. It is spectacular and no other can be comparable to it. 在这样一个盛典之中我作为太原科技大学的一名学生感到无比的骄傲。刚步入大学校门的时候，我什么都不懂，经过了一年老师们辛苦的培养我变成了一名成熟的大学生。今天我们终于迎来了母校的60岁生日。我希望可以送上我最真诚的祝福来感谢我的母校。祝福我的母校越来越好！祝愿我的母校更加辉煌！

East China Normal University will be 60 years old on the 15th of the August. As a student in ECNU, I am experiencing the great Decoration(来自:WwW.ZW2.CN 爱作文 网) Day time fortunately. Our school presents hundreds of activities to celebrate the anniversary. Through these meaningful activities, we look over the past time and then look into the future.

It is said that only if you know someone’s past, then you can fully understand him.Although it is the third year that I am in ECNU, I am still confused about our lovely school’s history. So I decided to know about ECNU through this school Decoration Day. Through some materials, I know about how ECNU appeared and developed. At the most glorious time, ECNU had effected so many people deeply that it was depressed by the government and faded. ECNU had slept for so long time, but like a sleeping lion which will wake up one day.

Now it comes back. The headmaster and all teachers are always doing their best to construct this old school and bring it to the new times. Facing the 60 years old birthday, ECNU has a fresh morning.We can see that so many successful alumni and experts will come to our beautiful campus to deliver speeches to us as presents to their alma mater: ECNU. Undoubtedly, ECNU has natured a lot of elites and will nature more.

Shanghai government also puts more importance on ECNU. Our new campus is arranged near Shanghai Jiaotong University and Zizhu Science Park. ECNU is gradually worthy of the name as 985 university.

I am proud of being a member of ECNU and I also want to devote my effort to this old but stronger school.What a happy decoration day!

转眼间，我已经在华美学校读了一年了，迎来了五年级的学习生活，这学期，学校十周年的生日庆典悄悄向我走来。为了庆祝学校十周年华诞，我们开展了丰富多彩的活动：令人难忘的红海湾之旅------美丽的沙滩上留下我们奔跑的足迹，嬉戏的身影，还有踏浪的欢笑声；精彩绝伦的校运会上，运动健儿们挥洒热情，顽强拼搏，现场的老师、同学们不由得热烈鼓掌、欢呼，掌声、欢呼声、笑声飘荡在操场上空，好似一首旋律优美的交响曲。享受着快乐时光的同时，不由想起刚到学校时的情景

记得去年刚到华美学校的时候，我的心情是紧张和不安的，因为在之前的学校我的学习成绩并不好，特别是拼音和英语，为此妈妈还特地请了老师在课后帮我补习，但是效果也不理想。后来妈妈听说华美学校的学生学习成绩都不错，学校还获得过许多奖，而且环境优美，学生在校园也很安全，不会出现吵架打架这种事情，于是我便转校成为了华美学校的学生。来到华美学校之后，我首先被学校优美的环境所吸引，干净明亮的教室，宽大漂亮的操场，还有学生们美丽统一的校服，整个学校的精神面貌让人眼睛为之一亮，我不由得在心中暗下决心：我一定要在这里好好学习，不能辜负老师和爸爸妈妈对我的期望。

在华美学校上学的这一年多里，我感受最深的就是老师对我们学习上的严格要求。每上完一课，都要求我们熟练掌握，如果其中有同学掌握得不大好，老师还会安排他们留下来为其辅导，这么一来，我的学习成绩一下子就提高了，语文拼音有了很大的进步，对学过的字词也能牢固掌握了，英语也经常考到九十多分以上，妈妈看着我的成绩单，欣慰地笑了。学校虽然对我们的学习要求比较严格，但是同学们并不觉得苦，因为在辛辛苦苦拼搏了一个学期之后，暑假和寒假期间，老师并不像其他学校一样，给我们布置一大堆的作业，而是叫我们多阅读有益的课外书，让我们不知不觉在愉悦和放松的心情中获得了很多书本以外的知识，增长了见识。同时学校还开展各种丰富多彩的活动，比如校运会，围棋比赛，歌唱比赛，春游等等。

我深深地喜欢着我们的学校，在这十周年华诞之际，我只想说，华美学校，感谢您给我们提供了优美的学习环境，良好的学习氛围，让我能学习到更多的知识，掌握更多的本领，我一定会更加勤奋学习，以优秀成绩向学校十周年华诞献礼。
