Water is very important for us. We must drink water every day. We can’t live without water. Water is around us everywhere. At home, we use water to wash clothes, to cook, to clean our teeth, to have a bath and so on. Water is the source of our lives. It is very important to protect water. But more and more waste water is being poured into rivers. It has caused serious pollution. The river is being so dirty that no living things can live in it.

As we all know, there isn’t much water on the earth. We must save it. How to save it? First, we can save it at home. For example: close the water tap after washing hands. Second, don’t wash clothes in the river. Third, plant more trees. At last, we must take action to fight water pollution. It's our duty to keep our water clean. Let's save and take care of water from ourselves.

If we are honest people, people will trust us. We can get along well with others, such as our parents, teachers, classmates, and so on.

One day, I made a silly mistake. The teacher’s red ink was I knocked over, At that time , There is no one in the classroom, I think I was very lucky ,because no one know it , And I went home soon.

The next morning, Our English teacher into the classroom, she has not ascertained, she was angry with those boys, but I could not tell a lie. The fact that I told the teacher, she said “you can tell me a truth, That is great ,I am not angry with you” What a nice teacher！

I think I will be an honest man. Because I have learned to be an honest man from others, If you are honest, It is important for a person to have a reputation for being honest. In today's school life, we will find that many students have their own mobile phone. In a sense, their lives in the mobile phones have become an important part.

In the survey, we found that the students use mobile phones, fixed and temporary categories. Fixed to the child the parents themselves, students are free to the disposal of the temporary period when parents do not have a time, showed the children used. According to online information, a press release in a secondary schools, the results are: there are 1005 students in our school ,the students have a cell phone to 98, accounting for 1% of the total number of investigations, of which mainly middle school students. As we know. Everything has two sides. So it is. Because mangy people go in for playing mobile phones, it occupies them many times. It is very sad .it can make people waste their work. Especially middle school students. So we should look for a true way to use mobile phone so that we have a good energy to study.

四、 其它活动

1、英语学习交流会

进入大学后，大家学习英语靠的不再是老师的督促和管教，而是自己的自学能力和一套自创的学习方法，但很多同学学习英语的求知感淡化，自学方法不够强，针对这一问题我们“英语沙龙”决定适时开展英语学习交流会。在交流会中由各个同学谈谈自己学习英语的方法，包括成功经验、失败教训以及现阶段自己学习英语面临的困难。希望在交流中吸取他人学习英语的成功之处，不断的完善自己的学习方法。

2、 举办各类

开展多种英语游戏，寓教于乐，可以激发大家学习英语的兴趣，也可以让自己的英语水平在娱乐中得到提高。例如，我们可以开展以下的此类英语游戏：

（1）瞬时记忆大比拼（游戏）

游戏规则：推荐1人参加此活动，一轮游戏可分四组同时进行。参与者站定后背着观众，此时四个工作人员各举一张卡片上场。卡片上写有一个句子，工作人员背向观众站定。由主持人下令让参与者同时向后转，此时开始计时，限时5秒钟。在这5秒钟内参与者可以看卡片上的句子并迅速的记下来。5秒钟后，工作人员将卡片给观众快速看几遍，然后将卡片扣在地面上。参与者有1分钟的时间将迅速记下来的句子写在参与者面前摆放着的黑板上。时间一到，工作人员将卡片举起面向观众，由评委审查参与者写的句子与题目是否一致。全对者可得满分，满分为100分。若参与者写的句子中有单词错误，错一个单词扣10分。

（2）单词接龙（游戏）

活动安排：一轮游戏可由4个小组同时进行。由各班组织推选5个人组成一组参加此游戏。场上放着各写有一个单词的4块黑板。计时开始后，各同学轮流（依次）上去写单词，同学们所写的单词要以黑板上所给单词的最后一个字母为首字母。按此方法依次接下去，限时3分钟，时间到最后接单词最多的小组为优胜组。每接对一个单词加10分，所接单词不得重复，重复的单词不计分。

3、出版英语刊物

此刊物刊登内容主要是学生的优秀英文作品、名家作品赏析以及教师对英语作文的修改原文等。通过这种形式鼓励大家提高英语写作兴趣和写作水平。争取刊物发行每个月至少一次。
