1、介绍我们茶学

武夷学院茶学

武夷学院位于风景秀丽的武夷山,武夷学院茶学专业(茶文化经济方向)前身为“福建省农业改进处崇安茶叶改良场”,始建于 1938 年;本科专业2008年12月经教育部批准设立,武夷学院,招收茶叶专业学生。

现今武夷学院茶学(茶文化与经济方向)专业,每年面向全国招收茶学(茶文化经济方向)本科生 120 人,我们茶学学科 2010 年获批国家特色专业,拥茶文化传播实验室、茶文化培训中心、茶艺实训室、茶叶制作实验室、茶叶生物质提取实验室和食品安全检验室等,以及校内占地 40 亩的茶树种质资源圃,校外在厦门、安溪、武夷山等有 10 多个实践教学基地。 我们学校茶学学科以培养茶文化经济方向的人才,集茶学、文化学、经济学三位一体的高素质应用型、复合型人才。著名茶文化经济专家杨江帆教授为带头人,包括学科带头人李远华博士、大学教材《茶文化学》主编刘勤晋教等。原福建省茶叶研究所所长陈荣冰研究员,博士学位教师10多人。

武夷山当地茶文化氛围浓厚,为学习茶学提供了很好的外部条件和氛围。

2、介绍乌龙茶叶加工技术

1 Fresh tea leaves

This process is called fixation and lasts only a short time.

5:Rolling and Shaping

Apply pressure to roll fixated leaves into the desired shape.

6:Baking

This is an important stage. The tea-maker decides how much "fire" goes into the tea. The additional slow-baking improves the color and aroma of the tea liquor. 7:Sorting, Cooling and Packaging

During these final stages, leaves are sorted to remove sub standard leaves and twigs(细枝).

It may be re-heated later, then cooled and packaged.
