60% of the students believe that we should exercise everyday because it can build our body and reduce the changes of getting an illness. Doing physical exercises can provide a time for the brain to relax, therefore, making studying more effective.

However, the other 40% of students hold the idea that physical exercise is bad for students. It wastes time and energy. Nowadays, students are too busy with their homework to do anything else. Also, if you are not careful enough, you may get hurt in the exercise.

There's a heated discussion regarding this issue. Everyone has his own opinions. In my opinion, I think we should do exercise instead of studying all the time.
