在小组合作模式下开展英语作文教学

听说读写是初中英语教学内容的四大组成部分，其中“写”既能客观反映学生综合运用语言的能力，又能为口语发展作铺垫，提高英语阅读能力，增强学生词汇语法水平。然而，目前的初中英语写作现状不容乐观：教师的写作教学意识淡薄，自身写作能力薄弱，写作教学手段单一;教材设计过少设计写作、课程安排忽略作文课;学生缺乏英语写作兴趣，基础知识水平差，缺乏有效的写作训练和指导。

交际语言教学理论认为，写是用书面语传递信息的一种交际方式，主张写作技能的培养建立在学生交互活动的经历之上，提倡“交互式”和“社会结构式”写作训练，强调写作不能仅仅理解成个人的行为。因此，教师应当将小组合作学习的理念充分应用到英语写作教学中来。

1. 合理分组，明确评价标准

介于学生的性别、成绩、认知水平、性格特点、学习能力等差异，分组时，教师应该秉承“组内异质、组间同质”的原则，这样既保证了不同水平的组内成员相互帮助，又能保证水平相近的组间公平竞争。例如，按照四人一组的规模，小组可由一名优等生、二名中等生和一名差生组成，性别比例也应该安排均匀。组员的角色基本可分为四类即组织者、监督者、发言者和记录者，学生可根据每个人的性格特点毛遂自荐或推选他人来分配角色。

为了有效率的开展小组合作写作教学活动，角色必须建立科学的评价体系。评价标准主要分为两方面：（1） 合作态度，合作态度包括倾听、发言和写作;（2） 写作互改，写作互改包括审题、词组、句型、时态、批改准确度、批改效果等。通过对以上项目的打分，可评选出优秀的写作小组。如果没有科学的评价标准，小组写作活动将漫无目的，通过这种评价方式，在提高小组成员之间凝聚力的同时，也帮助教师轻松的获取教学反馈信息，培养学生的写作兴趣，提升学生的写作能力。

2. 创设情境，开展合作学习

在英语作文教学中小组合作学习主要分为七大步骤：审题——组内讨论——独立写作——自改——互改——小组评价——教师点评。每节作文课教师都会给出与教材内容息息相关的作文话题，学生根据写作任务可以进行积极的组内讨论。例如，牛津版初三课本中Unit 5介绍了电影明星奥黛丽·赫本，教师可以以此为出发点，让学生利用新学的短语和句子写一篇英语短文介绍自己最喜欢的电影明星。学生在具体的情景之下能够自由思考，在组员之间发表自己的观点，为独立写作做好铺垫工作。学生进行独立写作时，教师要规定时间，培养学生的时间意识，如果在规定的时间内没有达到规定的字数要求，则根据评价标准扣分。接下来，学生完成后，进入自改和互改的环节，自改时间限时5分钟，学生仔细阅读自己的文章并对单词、短语

和语法加以改正，之后与小组成员相互交换改错。在互相改错的环节，每个小组派出一人，把组员写作出现的典型错误和优美语句写在黑板上，错误提醒大家引以为戒，好的句子供大家赏析摘录。为保证小组学习效果，小组成员在自改和互改后，教师指导他们根据评价标准，给自己和组员打分，让教师及时收到反馈信息。最后，由于学生水平的限制，在知识的讲解、分析过程中难免会有疏漏和错误，因此教师应及时进行归纳、评析，澄清错误观念，同时教师在这一阶段提供范文给学生模仿，要求学生对现有写作做第二次的修改成文。

3. 有效评价，保证学习效率

3.1小组自评

要求学生定期评价自己的学习情况，详细了解自己组员的学习成果，自觉改正在合作写作中的不足之处，并寻找出适合自己的合作方式。

3.2各组互评

每个小组都有自己的特色，例如有的组自主学习能力强，有的组参与积极性高，有的组团结一致，还有的组创新能力强，反之，每个组也有自己的弱点。通过组与组之间的评价，小组之间取长补短，使学生整体获得进步。

3.3教师评价

教师根据每个小组中学生的表现情况，安排适当的奖惩制度，提高学生合作学习的有效性。

总之，在小组合作的模式下开展初中英语作文教学活动，体现了“以人为本”的教学思想，培养了学生的人际交往能力，拓宽了学生的思维空间，并将传统的作文教学课堂变得充满生命力，让学生在多向互动中爱上英语、爱上写作。

Which is more important in life, cooperating with others, or selecting competition? The answer may vary from person to person. They like working alone and competing with others. In my opinion, I think cooperation is more important than competition in modern life.

It is true that the modern society is a highly competitive society, but it also needs social cooperation. It helps bring individual abilities into full play and makes up for each other’s inadequacy. As an old saying goes, “Two heads are better than one.” Cooperation is especially necessary because we can not achieve anything if there are only competition and no cooperation in many cases. So if we are good at cooperating, we will be able to figure out a way to success more easily.

What about the competition? Competition helps enhance individual abilities. It makes people creative. Without competition, people would create nothing. They would feel satisfied with their present condition. Competition is beneficial to the society to discover best use of talents. However, it has some disadvantages.

Competition easily causes deterioration of interpersonal relationship. It makes people more selfish and narrow. Also many people

feel pressure under competition and do not know what to do.
