都错了,只看句式不考虑意思的话,在第一句who后面加上is/was；第二句的name改成named.
如果你要表达的意思是：这部电影讲述了一个叫哈利波特的男孩的故事.我觉得这样更好：
This film tells a story of a boy whose name is Harry Potter.
.who is named Harry Potter.(定语从句)
.named Harry Potter.（非谓语动词）
.,Harry Potter.（同位语）
The film says about the boy who named Harry Potter.
The film says about the boy named Harry Potter.
以上两句都对
都不对。改为：The film is about a boy whose name is Harry Potter 或者The film is about a boy called Harry Potter.
