①：应该说deep breaths.【breathe】是动词,这里应该用名词.
②：urget貌似不是一个单词.

语法还好，一点小错，单词有错误。
开头应该是No need to rush吧，你写成了no heed to rush
然后后面的urget 应该写错了，应该是urgent（急促的）吧？如果是的话，这是个形容词，是不能放在介词for后面的，应该在urgent前加上个being
