The thing is he belongs to someone else.That's why I would never ever let it happen no matter how sad i am and i will be.Oh,please give me some suggestions to wave him out of my mind.I have already had three sleepless nights.And I still can't fall asleep now.With no way to leave and no way to hide,I have to see this guy everyday because he is my boss.So,could anyone here to help me out?

if you realy love him,if i were you,i will just stay with him quietly,back him quietly,one day,he will be moved by your love,then he will give you a result.
if you just want him because of the possessive instinct,may be you should forget him and find another one
