摘要：据《中国对外贸易形势报告》中国在2004年的对外贸易额自从2002年增长21.8%,2003年增长37.1%之后,迎来又一历史新高,增长了35.7%,进出口贸易总额高达11548亿美元.在世界贸易中的排名从2003年的第四位上升到第三位.中国的对外贸易额取得如此好的成绩,但是我国对外贸易结构的不平衡问题却越来越多的显现出来.对外贸易结构的不平衡包括其自身的进口贸易与出口贸易和出口贸易与其相关主体在贸易中产生的不平衡,也包括对外贸易与对外贸易发展也即外贸依存度大小的不平衡.本文将基于02-04年可靠数据来中国对外贸易的发展状况对我国的对外贸易结构作以简要分析.

Abstracts:
The turnover of Chinese foreign trade increased by 35.7%,a new record,in 2004 according to the Report of Chinese Foreign Trade Situation,while in 2002 the increase was 21.8% and 37.1% in 2003,the turnover was as high as 1154.8 billion USD,climbing from the fouth to the third in world trade ranking.Although foreign trade turnover was high in China,imbalance of trade structure was manifested more and more frequently,including the imbalance of import and export,export and its principal as well as foreign trade and its development or dependance.The thesis will carry out analysis on the Chinese foreign trade structure based on the development situation from 2002 to 2004 and relevant reliable data.

Abstract: According to "Chinese Foreign trade Situation report" China grew in 2004 foreign trade turnover after 2002 21.8%,2003 years grew 37.1%, welcomes another historical new high, grew 35.7%, the total amount of import-export trade has reached as high as 1,154,800,000,000 US dollars. Rose in world trade's place from 2003 fourth to third. China's foreign trade turnover makes the so good progress, but our country foreign trade structure's not balanced question actually more and more appearances come out. The foreign trade structure not balanced produces including its own import trade and the export trade and the export trade with its related main body in the trade is not balanced, also includes the foreign trade and the foreign trade development is also the foreign trade degree of dependency size is not balanced.
