【摘要】本文主要论述了一种基于51 单片机为核心控制器的数控直流稳压电源的设计原理和实现方法.该电源具有电压可预置、可步进调整、输出的电压信号和电流信号可同时显示功能.文章介绍了系统的总体设计方案,其主要有微控制
器模块、稳压控制模块、电压/电流采样模块、显示模块、键盘模块、电源模块五部分构成.该系统原理是以AT89S51 单片机为控制单元,利用数模转换芯片DAC0832 输出参考电压驱动功率管稳压输出,同时输出稳压、恒流采用模数转换芯片ADC0804 对采样的电压、电流转换为数字信号,再由程序将数据通过单片机处理后送LCD1602 显示当前电流.文章最后对数控直流稳压电源的主要性能参数进行了测定和总结,并对其发展前景进行了展望.

Abstract:Design principle and realization method of NC DC regulated power supply are discussed based on 51 SCM as the core controller.This power has function of presetting voltage,adjusting stepping forward,outputting voltage signal and current signal and displaying it at the same time.Overall design plan of system is discussed,mainly including five parts which are micro-controller,voltage stabilization controlling module,displaying module,keyboard module and power module.It is system principle to take AT89S51 SCM as control unit,to drive power tube to get stabilization voltage output with reference voltage outputed from DAC0832 D/A chip and output stabilization voltage and constant current,to change sampling voltage and current into digital signal with ADC0804 A/D chip and again to deliver signal to LCD1602 to display present current after data signal is processed through SCM.Main performance parameter of NC DC regulated power supply are measured and summarized finally and its prospects for development are forecast.
