juice当做橙汁（液体）讲时是不可数的,但是在一般的对话中a juice通常也是正确的因为这里juice带指一杯或一瓶juice.
所以 I need some juice 和 I need a juice都是语法正确的.
但是要注意一般情况下water是不能够用a water来带指一瓶水的.

是对的，可以是a juice 的，最好是one juice,是指一份果汁（去商店买的时候或者点餐的时候），不过，如果是一大瓶或者一纸盒的果汁打开后分享的话，你想要或者再要多些的话可以说： some juice/some more juice.
need sth 要什么东西，需要什么东西。。。

I need juice 就可以了，juice前面不能加数词，只能加量词，比如：
a bottle of juice
楼下地说的是实际上真地去买东西的话可以，但如果是考试的话就不行了……理论和实际总是有差别的……
