职位描述(Job Descriptions)：
1.Work in Continuous Improvement Dept.to set up department foundation work related to project,workshop,training and knowledge coaching.
2.Lead improvement project and workshop Kaizen.
3.Implement the related training,support on coaching other department improvement project finishing.
4.Show good understanding and behaviour on lean leadership,be able to coach daily board meeting.
5.Implement lean basic course according to company training schedule.
6.Responsible to make lean leadership continuously upgrading scheme and schedule.
职位要求(Job Requirements)：
Education Background
Bachelor degree in engineering,industry engineering,business administration or similar background.
Working Experience
-5 years or more of working in a foreign enterprise;management knowledge
-3 years of working within improvement teams
-Process knowledge
-Good skill on LEAN and 6 SIGMA knowledge
Special Competency
-Systemic analysis and problem solving skills
-Good computer skills
-Perfect English skill
-Excellent communication skills
-The ability to challenge the organizations
-Project management skills
-Good knowledge about Lean and 6 Sigma
-Good planning and organizing
