With the coming of The era of Knowledge Economy, human resources have played a more important role in enterprise management,which can bring huge profits to the company.It lies mostly in the grasp of human resources whether a company can compete successfully with others.The significance of Compensation System is fully shown in human resource management(HRM).That is because HRM is one of the ways to guide the transformation of strategic goal of the enterprise.Usually ,the establishment achieve its goal through leading and motivating staff and combine the interests of the firm and those of the employees organically.
Enterprises have to face the problem of increasingly complex and extremely significant payment under the circumstances of intenser competition among peers ,stronger adjustment function towards remuneration of the market and more diversified composition of labor payment and labor themselves.Through setting up pay system,the enterprise not only enhences its inner cohesion but also its competitive power outside.In conclusion, the establishment has the responsibilities to make use of compensation effectively to attract, retain and motivate the employees,so as to win more competitive advantages for company development.
