我见过用rise的
如Ordinary people's living standards have risen,but the appetite of the gangs and officials also grown.老百姓的日常生活水平提高了,但是黑帮和贪官的胃口也大了.
但常用的是 raise如 We must do everything we can to raise the people's living standards.我们要想一切办法来提高人民的生活水平
所以本题BC 都可以如果我选我宁愿选 B 并且我宁愿用standards当然谓语也变.
因为用被动语态的目的就是强调 standard提高了那么何不直接用不及物动词表达?
何况现在完成时主要表达的就是状态.
再比如 open我从来没有见过 the door has been opened .
只见过the door has been open.
不过如果是考试就随众老老实实选 C 得了如果选B tmd会扣分!
