首先要明确you are the very person i want是一个定语从句,i want是修饰very person的,而very person在主句里面做宾语,所以它省略的成分在主句中作宾语,在从句中作主语,可以判断它省略的就是that,即you are the very person that i want.
ps,纠正二楼的意见,省略的成分不能填who!因为这成分既作主句的宾语又作从句的主语,只能用that.
