随着社会的进步,驾驶汽车的人数日益增多,疲劳驾驶日益受到人们的重视.论文阐述了疲劳驾驶的定义和相关理论,以及与疲劳驾驶有关的人因学方面的研究内容及其存在的安全问题,然后采用问卷法从影响疲劳的因素及其影响程度、疲劳驾驶时存在的疲劳自觉症状进行实际调查,从人、机、环三个方面分析并联系所学的专业知识提出相应的针对疲劳驾驶所采取的措施,将研究结果应用到实际中去.通过对驾驶员实例的调查研究,可以使人们认识到驾驶疲劳给人体健康和社会安全带来的危害,提示人们在驾驶车辆时提高工作效率的同时,能够采取有效的预防措施,最大程度的保持身心的健康.

in the fastly developing society, more and more people are driving automobiles, thereby tired driving are much more valued by people. The essay gives the definition of tired driving and its related theories, analysing human factors corelated with tired driving and other safety issues. Then, we conduct questionnaire survey method which evaluates factors and their impacts on driving bodies.Besides, we also make survey on perceived tired driving. we practise the result into reality by making proposals in three aspects: people , automobile, and the environment.
Through making investigation on drivers, we find that tired driving is harmful not only to the drivers' bodies but also to the social safy. we suggest that people should take efficient measures to protect their bodies as well as impoving their work efficiency.
