摘要:根据EN61029-2-9：2002标准的要求,斜切锯的回复弹簧应能承受10000次的压缩与回复耐久试验,不会断裂并能保持正常的回复力.目前尚无一款专门针对回复弹簧的检测装置.本项目设计的一款汽缸式弹簧耐久的试验装置,该装置采用压缩空气为动力,具有安装位置与动作行程可调结构,适用于不同形状尺寸斜切锯回复弹簧耐久试验,控制可靠,可实现无人值守工作,满足斜切锯回复弹簧耐久试验相关标准要求.

\x05斜切锯,主要功能是截断木材.可以切出40到90之间的角度,最常用的是45度角的切割.斜切锯切割精确些,截面更平整,操作更安全.当斜切锯完成切割,撤去下压外力时,应能自动从最大切割深度回复到停歇位置,如采用压缩弹簧回复,该弹簧应能承受10000次的压缩与回复耐久试验,不会断裂并能保持正常的回复力.出口到欧共体国家的斜切锯产品必须符合EN61029-2-9：2002标准要求,TüV、GS、GE等认证对斜切锯也有回复弹簧耐久试验项目要求,但目前我国尚无该项目成熟的检测设备.以往对弹簧耐久性测试,检测人员通常会把斜切锯回复弹簧拆卸,安装于专用弹簧试验机上进行检测,该方法的测试环境发生变化,不满足相关标准要求.汽缸式弹簧耐久试验装置是直接对斜切锯整机进行试验,不用拆卸弹簧,检测结果更加精准,符合相关标准.
