As a vital phytohormone, ABA plays an important role in various signal transductions. It's extrordinary function in helping plants survive from adverse conditions, such as drought or hypothermia ,wins it the name of "adversity hormone". Calcium is an essential nutrient element for plants. Meanwhile, it is necessary for plants to react with and adapt to disadvantage environments(low temperature,dry and salty).In this experiment, we use medium plates of different ABA concentrations(1mg/L、2mg/L、5mg/L) and different calcium concentrations(5mmol/L、15mmol/L) to cultivate two kinds of tube-seedling viniferas, during which, we will observe and record their growth in order to get the most appropriate concentretions of ABA and calcium for the growth of grapes as well as the theoretical basic knowledge for the planting and variety breeding of grapes.
