摘 要：锌是禽类体内许多酶、蛋白质、核糖等组成成份或激活因子,参与DNA、RNA、蛋白质、糖类脂类的代谢,参与细胞免疫和体液的免疫,维持禽类中枢免疫器官和外周免疫器官的结构和功能.锌对于免疫细胞特别是胸腺细胞的生长、发育、成熟有重要的作用,因此是禽类必须的元素之一.适量的锌能显著增强免疫器官的生长发育、体液免疫和细胞免疫,从而影响禽类免疫抗病力.本文将在锌对禽类的免疫功能影响这方面进行综述.

Abstract
Zinc is the constituent or activating factor of many enzymes ,proteins and riboses by poultries,to involve in the cellular immunity and humoral immunity to maintain the structure and function of the central immuneorgan and peripheral immuneorgan .Zinc have important effect on the cellular immunity ,especially the growth ,development and maturity of thymus cell,and is the one of necessary elements .Appropriate amount of zinc can significantly enhance the growth of immune organs,humoral immunity and cellular immunity ,and to affect the immune resistance for disease.In this paper,it summarize the effect of immune function by zinc .

Abstract: Zinc is the body of poultry in many enzymes, proteins, ribosomes, etc., or composition of the activation factor, involved in DNA, RNA, protein, carbohydrate metabolism of lipids involved in cell-mediated immunity and humoral immunity, the maintenance of the central immune organs and poultry peripheral immune organs of the structure and function. Zinc for the immune cells, especially thymocytes of growth, development, maturity plays an important role, it is one of the essential elements of poultry. Appropriate amount of zinc can significantly enhance the growth of immune organs, humoral immunity and cellular immunity, thus affecting the immune resistance to disease in poultry. This article in the zinc on the immune function of birds in this area were reviewed.
