This morning,as i raised my eyes from the breakfast dishes,I saw a neighbor lady coming down our street pushing a paper-cart.As she carried the newspaper to our front door,I stepped outside and we talked briefly.Her son (our regular paperboy) had won a contest and was enjoying himself in Canada,so she and her younger son were delivering his papers.
"I never thought I'd grow up up to be a paperboy,"she murmured as she left.Mothers can grow up to be many things.
The aspect of mothering that excites me most is knowing I am making a lifelong difference in my children.I am a woman of influence.I impart values,encourage creativity,develop compassion,correct weakness,and build up strengths.I can open life up to another person.
And I can open a person up to life.
When I read my child a story I am doing far more than telling him a story,I am opening up his world with language,words ,thoughts ,and imagination.
When I sit beside my child's bed at night to talk and pray,I'm doing far more than cultivating a bedtime ritual.I'm helping him to understand what he is thinking,and his fears,hopes,and questions.This personal time gives me an opportunity not only to help the children work through the conflict at hand,but also to give them a deeper understanding of what produces harmony in a home.关于这篇文章要写 main point .积分回答以后再赏!
