我觉得应该是很不一样地
繁体和简体是结构上(structure)的不同,而大小写仅仅是形式(style)的不同.
如果要类比的话,就像我国的各种书法一样.
对于他们来说,大写是为了更清楚,大写不像小写,它没有连写.
对于普通中国人来说,英语绝大多数的时候都是小写,所以更熟悉.
但老外又不同了,具体的认识应该找几个英国佬谈谈.

事实上很多商业 法律的文件都用全大写来写
并不是像我们判别繁体字一样 只是更正式而已
但是CAN I HELP YOU?这种相当生活化的句子 用大写小写应该都没区别的
