摘要：目前,农村财务管理的现状不容乐观,其根本原因是农村财务监督乏力,存在民主监督渠道不畅、村干部之间缺乏互相监督、行政监督和审计监督力度不足等问题.为解决这些问题,建设和完善农村财务监督体系,应积极发挥民主监督的作用,加大行政监督力度,强化内部监督与审计监督,以及建设财务监督队伍,确保农村财务管理的规范化,促进农村经济健康、快速、稳定发展.

Researchin building of the supervision of the financial system in rural areas
Abstract:Currently,the state of the financial management in rural areas is not optimistic.The primary cause of this is due to the weakness of the supervision of the financial system in rural areas.Several problems are existing,such as the blockage of the democratic supervision channels,lack of surveillance mutual supervision between the village cadre,lack of strict audit supervision and administrative supervision.
For solving these problems,constructing and perfecting the supervision of the financial system in rural areas.We should play an actively role in the democratic supervision.Increase effort in administrative supervision.Enhancing internal supervision and audit supervision,and the construction of financial supervision team.The assurance of the standardization of the financial management in rural areas.Promote rural economic development toward a healthy,rapid and stable direction.

A study of rural financial supervision system construction
Abstract
The current state of the rural financial management is not satisfying. The major cause to the problem stems from the ineffectiveness of rural financial supervision. Problems like a lack of smooth channels for democratic supervision and that among village cadres, as well as failures in administrative supervision and audit supervision all contribute to the present difficult situation. For the sake of solving these problems, a sound rural financial supervision system is bound to be established through enhancing the strength of democratic supervision, administrative supervision, internal supervision and audit supervision. In this sense, a team of constructing the financial supervision system should be built up, in order to standardise the rural financial management and in an effort to promote a stable and sustainable development of economics in rural areas.
