3.regret doing®ret to do 第一个是很遗憾/后悔做了...（为已经做过的事而感到...）第二个是很遗憾地／抱歉地做...（事情还没有做）
4.remember doing &remember to do 第一个是记得做了什么事[已经做了] 第二个是记得要去做某事 [还没做]
5.forget [用法与remember一样]

答案是:A
因为不定式通常表示将要去做某事但还未做,promise to do sth就是承诺要去做什么
没有promise doing的用法
