这是多么……中国式的英语，已经不是病句的问题了……
基于原句，第一句可以改成：Hey,I am very sorry that I've just got your message.
now和got用在一起你就没觉得不可思议么- -|||
第二句……那个throw，你是不是想表达“我父母经过/经历了一个烧烤聚会”？你可以用take part in，而且是太也不对，至少throw你该知道要用过去式吧囧？！
spending,不是spenting- -
some quality ，没有这个用法……请查阅词典
for at least one day这个用得十分别扭，不能说很错，但是应该没有外国人会这么说……你可以把时间提到句首。另，你的第“二”句，应该拆成至少两句来说……
