前文指非裔美洲人只占总人口的13%，艾滋病人的比例却占到50%，而其中72%的女性都是病毒携带者，因此极度不平衡，而后面说拉丁美洲，又一个美洲的少数民族，也一样遭遇着不平衡的。lopside就是倒向一边，也即uneven。
