摘 要
本文主要研究了等离子体技术——电晕放电法处理挥发性有机物的实验过程和规律,更是对反应器的形式作了进一步的研究.对电晕法处理VOCS做了机理性分析,得出了处理VOCS的机理:放电反应产生大量的活性粒子(高能电子、臭氧、自由基等),高能电子与污染物分子发生非弹性碰撞后将能量全部或部分传递给分子,使其断裂、激化等,然后在臭氧和氧等离子体的作用下,断裂的基团被氧化成CO2、CO和H2O,从而转化成无害的物质.
经过大量的实验研究,我们发现了电晕放电法更好的发展方向,通过喷嘴对板式反应器处理VOCs废气,可以使去除率提高的同时,又能提高能源的利用率.喷嘴式反应器的处理过程如下:给高压放电极施加工频交流高电压,在高压极喷嘴和接地极板之间会形成极不均匀电场.当所施加电压大于起晕电压后高压极喷嘴较锋利的边缘会发生电晕放电现象,由于高压极喷嘴和接地极板之间介质阻挡层的存在,把电晕放电和介质阻挡放电结合起来,避免了电弧的生成,使气体放电保持在均匀、散漫、稳定的多个微电流细丝的状态,从而形成从喷嘴边缘出发到介质阻挡层的圆台体等离子体通道,通道内富集电子、自由基等各种活性基团.调节气体流速使气流扩散角小于等离子体通道的扩散角,待处理废气经过等离子体通道的全部区域,并在其内得到有效降解,处理后的干净气体最终由出气口排出.
实验结果表明,VOCs废气的去除率随着外加电压的增加而升高,产生臭氧的量在低电压时随去除率升高而增多,但在较高电压后随去除率升高而下降.喷嘴式反应器的喷射角与板间距离有关,距离越小,反应器的喷射角越大.喷嘴的个数与反应器伏安特性的强弱不是简单的数量叠加关系.
