Hello everybody,today I am very glad to be here to share with you my ideas of
happiness.What is happiness?It is what everyone is longing for.Sometimes
happiness would be rather simple.Winning a game is happiness; getting a high
grade in the exam is happiness; even now I am standing here giving my speech
is somehow also happiness.

However,as far as a person’s whole life is concerned,happiness becomes very
complicated.Is fortunesuccess?Is fame,happiness?
Is high social status happiness?No,I don’t think so.Happiness in my mind is the
attitude.
towards things.Nowadays,in the modern society there are many
people who have much money,but the fact is they are not happy.My dictionary
defines happy as "lucky" or "fortunate",but I think a better definition of happiness
is "the capacity for enjoyment
".The more we can enjoy what we
have,the happier we are.It's easy to overlook
the pleasure we get from
loving and being loved,the company of friends,the freedom to live where we
please,even good health.
