Dear Li Ming,
I am so happy to have recieved your letter this morning.But I am also very concerned about what you have told me that you seem to have worries of unable to make new friends in your new school.
Well,I must say that this is very normal,when someone has come to a new place,there must be a lot of thing to adjust to in order to adapt the new environment and making new friends is one of the main worries one would mostly encounter with to begin with.
As a good friend of yours,I would like to offer you a few suggestions:
First of all,you should try to be as friendly as possible and try to be as helpful as you can as well.In return you will be treated the same.
Secondly,You should try to communicate with as many other students as possible.It would be easier for you to be accepted by them.
Thirdly,Try to get involve in as many school activities as possible and so you will get to know your fellow students a lot better.

I have read your letter and noticed your concern about making friends. It is normal to worry about that because you are living in a different place now. There are some advices I would like to share with you. First of all you should be kind to other people and happy to help them. Secondly communication is the key to make friends, dont be shy.
