中国体操男团队长陈一冰是我最喜欢的运动员之一，喜欢他不仅仅是因为他是世界冠军，是我们中国人的骄傲，更因为陈一冰讲的团队协作精神传递正能量。
从08年北京奥运会我就记住了这个吊环王，很有点个性的小伙子。在今年的伦敦奥运会上，我一直关注体操的比赛，因为比赛和研修冲突，没有时间看电视，就利用研修的边隙，看看网上的新闻评论。在预赛中因为郭伟阳临时上场，导致出现了很多重大失误，排名跌到有史以来最差，也让大家对他们的决赛不抱希望。
但是大逆转就是这样不可思议的发生，当我在网上看到中国男团最终以零失误成功卫冕的标题，真是非常激动。这次通过开学第一课我知道他们成功的原因，因为陈一冰在给同学们上课的时候说，预赛失误后，团队成员在一起总结原因，互相鼓励，没有一个人埋怨，队员之间传递的是一种正能量，而别的国家在失败后，队员之间却互相埋怨，传递的是负能量，一正一负，产生的效果可想而知。
传递正能量。陈一冰说的多好啊！现在我们所提倡的鼓励，是人都爱听好话，听了好话之后干劲更足，谁愿意听批评啊！即使错了，也有原因，也希望得到理解，而不是讽刺、挖苦、抱怨，负面的批评有的能产生激励作用，但大多只能让人越听越丧气，逆境出人才，但顺境更易出人才！
