本次研究的内容主要是研究NiAl2O4尖晶石的合成及其在各种条件下进行的表征,通过溶胶凝胶技术在镍铝比例为1:2,1:4,1:8条件下以硝酸铝和硝酸镍为原料用氨水滴定合成铝镍溶胶.众所周知,氧化镍与氧化铝以相对较低的温度(400℃–450℃),以形成一个表面镀镍,铝.而在相对较高的温度下生成NiAl2O4尖晶石.由于本实验使铝含量逐渐增加,所以我们在500℃左右生成NiAl2O4尖晶石是可以被预期的,所以我们使之在500℃,700℃,900℃焙烧6个小时.制取60M-40M的粉末.利用粉末进行了X-射线衍射分析(XRD)、程序升温还原(H2-TPR)表征.表征的结果表明了以上3种比例条件下在500℃只存在NiO晶体,而700℃,900℃则生成了NiAl2O4尖晶石.

This research concerntrate on the study of contents NiAl2O4 spinel synthesis and the token under various conditions,in which the proportion of aluminum nickel under 1:2,1:4,and 1:8 conditions through sol gel technology with aluminum nitrate and nitric acid as raw material combined with nickel ammonia to use Ammonia titration to synthesis al ni sol.As is known,nickel oxide and alumina oxide can form a superficial nickel plating,aluminum at a relatively low temperature (400-450 ℃).
