We have transported back the Goods weighted 29.8 T last Saturday. This is 0.2T less than what we paid for 30 T originally. How to handle it?

1. Deduct the balace of the 0.2 T from the L/C to be opened/issued for next deal?

2. Or we get this 0.2T back when it is convenient. But this will take longer time, because we can not arrange a special transportation only for this 0.2T.

2:We would get this 0.2T back by stage when it is convenient. But this would you to extend the delivery period, because we could only do it by our time, but not arrange a special transportation for this 0.2T.

Please note that we have truck back 29.8 tons of goods last Saturday. However, there is 0.2 tons less that we have original paid for 30 tons. Please advise what you want to handle it. Please find enclosed are our suggestions:
1. Please deduct the said 0.2 tons from our next payment by L/C at sight.
2. We will collect 0.2 tons from your side in the coming time. In being such case, we will need you to extend the delivery time due to we only can arrange transportation at our earliest convenience.
