A Healthy Lifestyle
A healthy lifestyle needs a lot of details that needs our attention .
Frist of all,we need to sleep to guarantee .Every day should also be kept more than eight hours of sleep time .Of course ,too much sleep also it is bad for health .The best sleep before ten o 'clock at night .Sleep early benefit to body discharge poison .Secondly ,diet for us are also important .Drink more water to body is absolutely good .In food ,try to eat more vegetables and fruit,avoid fatty food .
Finally,through a healthy lifestyle the adjustment ,I wish everybody can have a healthy body.

A Healthy Lifestyle
If we want to live a happy and healthy life,we need to keep a healthy lifestyle.
Frist of all,we need enough sleep .Every day we should sleep for at least eight hours. Sleep very late is bad for health, so we had better go to bed before ten o 'clock at night .
Secondly ,it is also important to eat enough vegetables and fruits everyday. Vegetables can give us a lot of Vc and Vd. There is a saying: an apple a day keeps a doctor away, so it's good to have some fruits every day. Also, we need to drink enough water.
To sum up, we should keep a healthy life style. I wish everybody can have a healthy body.

As all we know, being healthy is the most important thing to everyone. G.W. Curis has said “Happiness lies, first of all, in health.” Being healthy means that you can have a chance to play well and enjoy your life. In daily life, what you eat, how you sleep and how you exercise can make a big difference on your health.
Eating healthy is an important part of living healthy. In the human body, 70 % is water. So drinking enough water will keep your body in a healthy state. According to the research, eat vegetables and fruits do help you keep healthy. The reason why it can keep you healthy is because in the vegetables and fruits contain many dietary fibers, minerals and vitamins that your body need. As an adult, everyday you should eat 300g to 500g vegetables and 200g to 400g fruits. Cheese, milk, yogurt, condensed milk and cream, are all dairy products. Dairy products can help robust your bones and teeth, it also can help you lose fat.
Eating healthy and do exercises properly can let you have a healthy balance. Exercising can help you be full of energy and it’s good for your body too. Appropriate amount of exercises can help you relax the stress. But sometimes is not good to do exercises, do you know why? That one special time is right after meals. The reason why don’t do exercises after meal is because after meals, the bloods goes to your stomach to help you digest the food .If you do exercises after meals you will have discomfort. So it is better to wait 30 to 40 minutes to start exercises. Another special time is after you drink. After drinking the alcohols dissolve in your blood .If you exercise after drinking, it will aggravate the burden of your organs. Doing exercises after drinking even worse than do it after meals.
Besides eating healthy and proper diet, there is another major thing which is sensible, sleep. In your life, you spent about 1/3 time sleeping. When you sleep, your body and brain will have time to rejuvenate it. If you have problems getting to sleep, there are some solutions that may help you. Listen to the music or read book before you go to sleep will help you to calm down your emotions and let you fall asleep easier. Turn off the light will be another solution. Because sleeping in the dark will let your eyes go into the sleeping state quicker. Drinking a glass of warm milk will maybe help for you sleep too.
To be in top shape, be sure to treat your body kindly. Improving your quality of sleep, eating well, and exercising will be the key to a healthy lifestyle.

I exercise every day .usually when i come home from school .My eating habits are pretty good .I try to eat a lot of vegetables .I eat fruit and drink milk every day ,I never drink coffee ,Of course ,I love junk food too.And i eat it two or three times a week .Oh,and i sleep nine hours every night.So you see.I look after my health.
And my healthy lifestyle helps me get good grades .Good food and exercise hepe me to study better.
