首先,把原句拆开,中间插入语是“that explain the atom”统统扔到一边去先,所以句子主干就变成了“blablabla 【theories】（主语）【 reveals】（谓语） blablalbla” 这很明显的theories就是复数形式 不能接第三人称单数.想必提问的这位同学也一定是知道这点弱智语病的吧,你没放上来的A C 选项一定是reveals开头所以直接被你先排除了吧?
下面分析：
你选B 错在B选项省略了“deeply”这个程度,导致句意程度和以前的不符.这是SAT语法里8大错误点之一.
D选项错在 " are so entwined deeply " 根本就没有这个说法,因为它这里so了,只能算半个句子,那后面半个呢?要不然就用" so.that..."句型,要不然就用"too...to.."句型,
另外,D选项主要错在,so 和 deeply同时都表示程度~!语意重叠!这也是SAT 语法8大重点错误之一!
E选项 查一查,啥都是对的.OK 就是它了.

How 意思是“怎么样”!绝对不可以用来表示程度好不好 别误导人

how已经是个表示程度的词了。deeply也是表程度。两个表程度的词多余了啊

先来看看B，他的意思是：显示出了奇怪东西的交织组合是多莫平凡，显然意思矛盾差距太大。
再看看D，他的意思有点接近我们的翻译是吧 ，可是HOW 后面直接应该跟着形容词啊，显然他用the +形容词；表示出了名词的意思，how不能修饰名词 所以不对！
再看看E...
