[Abstract] Scope of government information is the core of government's opening information.Currently,the main problems of the scope of government information are institutional and cultural factors which lead to open a narrow range.On the legislative front,the lack of a clear constitutional recognition,the principle of legislation fuzzy,pattern reversed,and the lack of supporting laws.The implementation issues are manifested as public disorder,large differences.Therefore,the complete range of government information,we must establish a coherent legal system and strengthen supervision and improve the judicial relief and protection system.
