A:the other指两个人的“另一个”.students 是复数 所以不行.
B:other意思是“别的,其他”,泛指“其他的(人或物)
other后既可接可数名词复数形式又可接不可数名词
C:others是other的复数形式,泛指“另外几个”,“其余的”.这本身就是复数了,后面怎么能跟复数呢?
others 其用法相当于复数名词.
This chemical is poisonous .Others are poisonous ,too .
这药有毒.其他的药也有毒.( others = other chemicals )
D:another泛指同类事物中的三者或三者以上的“另一个”只能代替或修饰单数可数名词 students 是复数可数名词,显然是不行的.

A:a bit在肯定句中修饰动词、形容词、副词和比较级,表示“一点儿”的意思.

其不能直接跟名词.

C:a little of 意思是“有点”词性为形容词,修饰不可数名词.
D:a bit of 修饰不可数名词.
a bit of housework 是固定词组,两者属于固定搭配.所以选D
