智能电网可以很好的解决电动汽车作为负载给电网带来的影响.电动汽车通过使用V2G技术和ICT技术,可以优化电网负载,提高电网的稳定性.如在用电能不足时,电动汽车可以输送电能到电网,来削减波峰;在电能充足时,电动汽车可以充电,降低电能来填平波谷.
但是电动汽车由于只有较少的电能,不能独立的参与到电力市场,因此在电动汽车与电力市场之间需要一个中间人聚合器—Aggregator.聚合器可以收集分散的电动汽车的电能去参与电力市场的辅助服务.辅助服务的基本功能是保持电网的可靠性与稳定性.为了是电动汽车的主人参与到电力市场,聚合器需要提供一定的财政政策补偿给电动车的主人.
因此,本文提出了一个适合中国电力市场的聚合器,聚合器可以参与中国电力市场的储备投标.同时,本文描述了一个新的优化模型和运行管理算法,通过采用智能的定价模型,实现聚合器的最优化.实验结果验证了聚合器有效性.
