理论上,如果杀灭10的9次方细菌的效果能达100%,那杀灭10的8次方细菌的效果应该更好啊,可是我怎么看这句话意思相反呢?

所以不是在讨论效果（因为都是100%）,讨论的是杀掉的细菌的数量.
如果108 （ 10的8次方） CFU / ml为在场最初，治疗100 ％成功的希望似乎不如测试在109 （ 10的8次方） CFU / ml为细菌本最初的死亡也100 ％ 。
10的9次方数量比8次方大, 举例说, 如果灭9个细菌的效果能达100%，那么灭8个细菌的效果会更好...
