Ladies and Gentlemen , Good afternoon! I’m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech. today my topic is “clone”. I hope you will like it , and found the importance in your youth so that more cherish it. Today’s technology develops so quickly that many impossible things become true; the cloning technology is the example. What is cloning? Cloning is a process used to create an exact copy of a mammal by using the complete genetic material of a regular body cell. Different from the common propagate, cloning need only one cell and without sex. many people have different opinions, someone think it is good but someone think it is bad. In my own opinion I agree to clone the endangered animal and disagree with cloning human. Because I think the cloning technology should be respected. It really can bring us many benefits; further more it can develop the science of human. If clone the human, there will, however, be many problems, the population is the biggest problem. May be some people will use the cloning people to start the war. So I am against cloning human. In the end, I think cloning is new technology, it should be accepted, how to look upon this technique, first we should know the advantages and disadvantages, then we should know the effect of cloning for human and the animal, third we will take the action: To advocate the animal cloning but be against with the human cloning.this's over .Thank you!

Human cloning would certainly lead to social harm. If an individual led a distraught or irresponsible life, would the clone be inclined to follow in his footsteps? Because of negative publicity, this clone's life may already be in the road to destruction prior to even becoming a clone. Would you want to be the clone of Hannibal, who devoured his victims after he murdered them?
Cloning would also lessen the worth of an individual and diminish the respect for life. If humans feel they can be replaced, like that of an object, then disposing of a human life would come at no great cost to their conscious. Resulting in perhaps a killing spree that would have no type of harsh punshment. As it stands, it is difficult to lose one loved one, but the thought of losing several would be a disaster.
Match has launched a second opposition party called CATCH (Coalition Against The Cloning of Humans). Together both MATCH and CATCH joined forces with MCD (Movement for Christian Democracy). All three opposition parties have a concern about the mutation of genes. This is because the technique's are extremely risky. The main worry is the possibility that the genetic material used from the adult will continue to age so that the genes in a newborn clone could be more on the day of birth, this is what the cloning of Dolly concluded. It took 277 attempts to clone Dolly, the clones before her were disfigured and contained severe abnormalities.
The Catholic Church, Pope John Paul II made a recent statement against cloning of all life forms. The Vatican issued statement specifically condemning the cloning of humans but has not come out officially against cloning of other animals. If God would have wanted us to clone ourselves, he would of given us a way for a-sexual reproduction. But because we were made to reproduce bi-sexually, this is the only way we should continue to do so. However, in contrast to the opinions of their peers, some Jewish and Muslim religious leaders testified before the National Bioethics Advisory Commission that they feel that embryo and cloning research might provide discoveries that would lead to an appropriate way to counter infertility.
Others feel that the emotional pressures on a teenager trying to establish his or her identity is also a concern. How will a child be able to distinguish between her mother, and her sister, will they be one in the same? Then there is the possibility of incest. For example, if a father sees his wife's clone grow up into the exact replica (by appearance) of the individual he fell in love with, would a sexual relationship with his wife's twin be wrong? Technically there would be no incest, however, if he raised this child as his own, it would be hard to determine. Cloning denies an individual to their own unique identity.
Croning believes that there would be no line drawn, cloning would go too far. For example, if there is anticipation of a war, would it be ethical to clone "soldiers"? Creating an army to win a war, using these "soldiers" as a type of disposable robot to fight and help win.
And finally the majority of the anti-cloning population believes that although cloning may produce and individual with the same genetic inheritance, it is not possible to replicate the environment in which the individual was raised. The individuals environment is where the talents become enough to become "great." As said many times before, "We are a product of our environment."
演讲稿3 How to face the clone technology?
Yestaday night I saw a movie named The Sixth Day.This movie is about the clone human beings. After I saw this movie I really didn't know how to express my feelings about it. Although there were some scenes which I really couldn't accepted,I still learnt many things about clone and about life in this movie.
In my opinion,our human beings should accept the basic essence of life ,we born ,we get old, we get sick and at last we die .This is a common process.To extend our lives by using clone technology is not a correct way and it's illegal because that the clone person isn't the real person,it's just a replacer which have the same charater and memory with the person who was cloned.I have to say that if we want to extend our lives there are so many things we can do to make our body and heart healthy.We can take more exercises and eat more healthy food ,read more books and get more knowledge.I believe that if we use clone to extend our lives that doesn’t means we can control the destiny and nature all by ourselves and if we do not use clone techlongy that also does not mean only the God can control everything. Although that there are so many unforeseen things that will happen in our lives such as the diseases which may kill us ,just as a very classical logion says that ,half of the destiny is hold by ourselves. We can make full use of the half chance to do the things which we really want to do and to make our lives more colorful .I believe that just in that way ,our lives will have no regret.And when the day we die is coming we can accept the death with smile. Sometimes I really think that if we can make full use of everyday we own there is no need for us to make our lives longer.In other words ,it says that the invaluableners of lives just because of the finity of it.And just because of the invaluableners of life we need to make untiring effort to cherish it and to make it more rich.
It reminded me of a moving Japanese oprea named A Litre of Tears,the main charater of the opera Aya who got a bad disease which couldn't been cured.She was a brave girl that she standed so much painful to keep writing diary everyday to record her own experiences which she confronted with the dispiteous and serious illness.I was really moved by the spirit of Aya.I think that she needn't to have any regret when she died,because she had tried her best and we can see that there so many people was enlightened by her diary.And so many people learnt to cherish the simple hanppiness in their common lives from the moving story.It's enough ,isn't it?
It's also better for us to stand in the aspect of the clone people themselves to think about this problem.If they really want to exist in this world which do not admit them.In other words ,their presense seems no sense except to satisfy the need of the dead person's family.They just have a sense of replacer.Their lives seems just like a tragedy.
I can remember the scene that the old doctor who invented the clone people techlongy talked with his wife who had another five years to live rely on the clone technology and will die again.The poor old woman said to his hasband with tears that she didn't want to be cloned again.She said that she wasn't the doctors' real wife,she just a replacer.The real wife died five years ago.Then the doctor said to his wife that he couldn't live without her.The old woman said that she prefer to live in the doctors' memory forever.It's really a moving dialogue and at last the doctor gave up to clone his wife again because he love his wife too much.
We can also imagine that if the scientists can be allowed to use clone technology to clone people freely what will happen in the world.I just fail to imagine .There is no doubt that something which we do not want to see will happen and the world will out of control.
This movie is really enlighten me so much that when I was lying on the bed yesterday night I thought about it for a long time.I think that human beings really need to think about how to use the developped science and technology in a right way again and come up with a good idea.Maybe it's better for us to strive for the victory which we can fench.For some other things we needn't and shouldn't to importunem too much.Our human beings need to learn how to look on the nature.
