The world develops quickly,but it wandered from the path it should be.Peace and development have become essential issues.
Wars makes the ones who haven’t enjoyed the beauty of life,tasted the sweetie of love to be food for powder.But peace doesn’t mean a world without wars only.It also stands for humanity.Did you ever stop to notice the suffering and the needy?Did you ever stop to offer them a helping hand?Why do you stand aside watching critically?Why do you remain cold-hearted?We,global citizens,should care for the others for international unity.
Peace lays a foundation to development.But because of the development,social problems and environmental problems have become serious global problems.Over-population makes us ask for more resources from the limited ones.It causes natural resources fearfully scarce.If we keep on doing so,we will of course lose our reliable living space at last.
Global citizenship begins at home,with a commitment to live responsibly,to regard all human beings as fellow citizens,and to be proactive in seeking the common good.Global citizenship begins at home,and let it spread through the children and their parents,through the schools and the institutions and through the government.And let us start by being kind to our family,by saving every drop of water,by joining hearts and hands across continents and boundaries.Everyone has the potential to be a Global Citizen if he wishes to,and is somewhere along the path towards that goal.
