Today, I got up very early, I had a very good breakfast, then I went out to play with my friend, We had a very good time. In the afternoon, I went swimming with my father, it was very hot, but we felt very good in the water. After supper I began to do my homework, I didn't think it is difficult, so I finished it very early.Then I read some books and went to bed.

...Yestaday,i went to the zoo,and i really had a happy day.
...In the zoo,i saw lovely pandas which are the special animal that only live in china.There are also many other animals that interested me very much.
...I spent nearly a whole day in the zoo,although i was tired ,i was really happy.
...How happy a day i had. As usual, I got up at six in the morning today. I am an early bird because it says "the birds get up early can catch worm", well, I wasn't going to catch "worm", even not the one in my computer, haha, they were actually some viruses in my computers, I guess it's because I use pirated software all the time. Anyway, I did exercises and then studied for a while just like before, but I got one more special thing to do today: shopping. you know what? today is Saturday, it means I don't have school. Yep! I am so happy!
the next thing happens made me happier today was when I went out shopping with my friends, a person looks someone who was just travlling here ask me for direction. I told him the direction but it seems he didn't get it, so I decided to walk with him to the place he wanted to go to. and finally, we found the place .I am so happy!
And then, after I helped him, I met a beggar, he asked me for 2 dollars to buy food, what? I have only 3 dollar, so I gave him 1.5. I was so kind. I am so happy!

What is school news?
“School” means you should write things that happen in the school or in your student life, rather than things that happen in a factory or, at your home. “News” means you should write special or new things, rather than something that’s ordinary（普通的）.
Is it school news?
: Sophie wrote news about how the students ran to the dining hall when the bell rang so as to get their lunch as soon as possible.
Judgment: It is not school news. Most of the students have the same experience as these students, so it is not “new” at all.
But: If you write about a boy trying to get his lunch in a strange way, it would be interesting to read.
: David wrote news about a bird that flew to his house and wouldn’t leave.
Judgment: It is not school news, because it did not happen in the school or in one’s student life.
But: If you write about your class taking a wandering（流浪猫） cat as a pet, that’s interesting to read.
What kind of school news is worth reporting?
If you were a student of other schools, do you still like to read your school news?
As a student of your school, you may find whatever happens in it is worth reporting, but students in other schools may not think the same way. That’s why you should become a reader of your own news and to see whether you enjoy reading it.
Is this news worth reporting?
: Echo wrote news about her school’s anniversary（校庆）: the headmaster made a speech, the students danced and sang, and many old schoolfellows（校友） came back.
Judgment: Do you like to read this news? Almost all the schools have anniversaries, and they all do the same thing.
But: You can find something special in the anniversary and tell the readers your discoveries（发现）.
How to find school news?
Just be sensitive（敏感的） to things around you and let your curiosity （好奇心）guide you.
From now on, open your eyes and your ears and look for interesting things around your student life. I am sure you will find that your life becomes more interesting than before. Do remember: try to find out something interesting in it, something that is unique（独特的）.

My friend and I
friends are very important for me .they make my life more colorful. my friends and i ofen spend time toget-her .we discuss sc-hoolworks as well as pop stars . when i'm in trouble,i tu-rn to my friends for help. they giv-e advice and enco-urage me all the timd.
i like to have frien-ds who are differ-ent from me. my best friend john is taller and more outgoing(外向)th-an me.we both lik-e sports ,but john is more athletic(活力)than me.and i'm a little quieter .with his help ,i kno-w more things an-d and people tha-n before. when i'mupset(伤心).he al-ways makes me laugh . he believes anybody can mak-e if he set his min-d on it .so do i .
how nice it is to have such friends!i like my friends!
