Retirement is probably the last important turning point in one's life.It is meant to be the end of one’s youth and prime and the beginning of one’s senium.The time after retirement is supposed to be spent in comfort and enjoying life.Nevertheless,retirement brings such adverse mood to the group of people facing it that will affect their future life.Their psychological adjustment abilities before and after retirement determine the state of their minds towards the life in senium.The employees of state-owned enterprises in particular,because of the different promotion system,will have to face greater drops in living conditions and in psychology before and after retirement.Taking an Inner Mongolia sales company of CNPC as example and by means of investigating the living status of the retired employees,this articleanalyzed the psychological problem with the group and proposed solutions for it.
