Before the interview,of course,we should do some preparation,knowing about the status & the civilization about this company and the background of this industry.If your are dreaming to work in a global corporation,as far as my experience of interview,you should pay more attention of English,such as self-introduce,the day-to-day working introduce,and your professional ability,even just recite some words,it would be very efficient to you.
During the interview,as we all know,the HR staff would meet a lot of interviewees during the day,how could you make them remember you and let them take care of your paper?
I think we should show more self-confidence rather than self-effacing,as long as you are self-confident,you could show more of your ability,your personality,and your enthusiasm.
I believe the most important thing is enthusiasm,Nowadays,there are so many graduated in our society,especially in the metropolis,each interview is just an opportunity to get the job.Why the success should be come to you?Just because of you are graduated,your certificate in some aspect?NO,it’s because of your enthusiasm,only you have the enthusiasm to your life,to this interview,then you will have enthusiasm to this job.
Let’s make an example,if you are the boss,which one would you choice?
The person who has bachelor degree and a lot of certificates,but no positive attitude of his work.Or the person who is not very good at school,but always very positive,and always manage to make his job better and struggling for his life.
I want to choice the second one,how about your opinion?
So during the interview,you should show your enthusiasm to them,and it would really help you to catch their eyes.

[2]he or she对应应为单数 动词加s
[3]this job?指代不明
[4]尽量别用&符号 文章注意语言正式点好
[5] civilization指古埃及那类“文明”不是企业文化 直接用culture吧

[8]self-introduce应为self-introduction 后面同 这里用名词

另外文中metropolis是指大都会,纽约香港之类的.如果紧紧指城市,甚至包含二线城市的话,还是city更好.不要为了玩弄词藻而用不熟悉的词汇.
