In my opinion, it 's hard to say you are too much high to having confidence, because, just the reverse, you get a feature which others wish to earn, high, I mean. To getting more confidence, I think you are supposed to understand that you are great.
There are pretty much way to solve your problems, chitting with classmates with smile, for example, which can bring you courage. Try your best to learn how to communicate with others is also a good method.
