名词/动词ing and 名词/动词ing（一般名词要跟名词并列除非有些单词的名词形式就是动名词）
只要以上满足了后面跟啥都无所谓
而你说的to do and do 和 to do and to do都是对的（见上满足 “介词+名词/动词ing and 介词+名词/动词ing” 的形式）
何时不能呢?
举个例子 she want to go shopping,swim and to walk in the park.这就是错的因为前面 “want to go shopping,swim”的时候默认为 do and do的并列了后面再用to walk就不对了
还有就是并列的东西在内容上是并列错了一般出现在IE里就需要你找出来

我觉得应该是 to do and do吧...不用再加to了吧举个很简单的例子比如 I like to hang out and shop with you.
另外一些不能这样平行的情况可能就是时态、系动词、情态动词不同的情况下吧
