企业仅仅靠调整自身资源已远远不能满足竞争的需要,必须以协同的方式把企业内部和外部的物流、信息流、资金流有效地结合起来,在提高自身绩效的同时使供应链整体达到最优.对供应商的管理是供应链管理中一个十分重要的内容,而根据供应商与核心企业之间的合作情况对供应商进行分级则是有效进行供应商管理的前提.
本文在对目前供应商评价现状和存在主要问题研究的基础上,综合供应商的特征和买方需求的评价方法的有关研究成果,首先提出了供应商评价研究的方法架构主要是定性与定量评价分级,就定性评价和定量分级过程中涉及的评价方法进行了比较研究和评述.其次论文分析了影响供应商分级评价的因素,制定了建立分级指标的原则和标准,构建了一个通用的供应商评价分级指标体系.最后通过案例进一步研究了供应商分级指标体系的应用方法,为企业买方评价供应商提供了范例.最后,对其发展趋势做出合理展望.

World economic integration,the enterprise globalization,as well as the customer needs become more diversified,fierce competition between supply chain and supply chain,the supplier is throughout the supply chain upstream source and control of leading factors,so it is very important to carry on the related research.Adjusting of the enterprise only rely on its own resources has far cannot satisfy the need of competition,must be put in the form of collaborative enterprise internal and external logistics,information flow and cash flow effectively,improve their performance,at the same time make the supply chain as a whole.The management of the suppliers is a very important content in supply chain management,and based on the cooperation between the supplier and the core enterprise of the supplier for grading is the premise of effective supplier management.Based on the current situation and main problems existing in the supplier evaluation research,on the basis of comprehensive evaluation method of characteristic of supplier and buyer requirements of the relevant research results,first put forward in the research of supplier evaluation method architecture is mainly qualitative and quantitative evaluation grading,is involved in the process of qualitative evaluation and quantitative grading evaluation method to compare the research and reviewed in this paper.Secondly this paper analyses the influencing factors of supplier evaluation,established the principle of grading index and standard,built a general supplier evaluation index system of classification.At last,through case study further the application method of supplier classification index system,the buyer supplier evaluation provides a paradigm for the enterprise.Finally,make a reasonable prospect about its developing tendency.
