伴随着世界市场竞争的加剧,我国企业的生存面临着前所未有的挑战,急需通过兼并与重组来提高自身竞争力.本文就我国企业的兼并、重组现状和存在的问题进行了分析和研究,论述了我国企业兼并与重组在市场竞争中的意义,探讨我国企业兼并与重组的难点及发展方向,并针对兼并与重组过程中存在的问题提出科学的途径,希望能给我国企业作出一点方向性的建议.

Study of enterprise merger and reorganization
Abstract
With the growth of the competition of the world market ,the enterprises of our country face unprecedented challenges,being in urgent need of mergering and restructuring to improve their competitiveness.We do analysis and research to the problem of the merger,the status quo of the reorganization of the enterprise.It disscusses the significance of the merger and reorganization of the enterprise in the market competition,explores the difficulties and development direction of the merger and the reorganization and puts forward scientific approaches to the problems of the merger and the reorganization.I hope it can give some directional proposal to the enterprise of our country.
