本文针对目前我国外汇储备超过万亿美元的现状,分析了高额外汇储备的原因及引发的一些问题,提出了积极有效对策及建议.20世纪90年代中期以来,由于近年来外贸快速发展,我国经常项目和资本项目的连续出现双顺差,积累了大量的外汇储备.2005年年底我国外汇储备达到8188.72亿美元,居全球第二位.2006年底,我国外汇储备达到10663.64亿美元,超过了日本,登上了全球外汇储备最大持有国的位置.此后,外汇储备快速累积,规模不断扩张.截止2010年12月底,我国的外汇储备已经高达28473.38亿美元,同比增长18.7%.继续保持为世界上外汇储备最多的国家.在国际金融市场风云突变的今天,巨额的外汇储备也意味着巨大的风险,而合理的外汇储备结构是外汇储备保值增值的根本途径.
