本文分析了不同浓度的Pb、Zn混合离子对土培香樟幼苗的几种生理指标的影响,结果表明,实验的结果表明,POD,SOD,CAT等抗氧化性的生物酶的改变趋势基本上呈现低促高抑的趋势,而脯氨酸,丙二醛以及膜质透性的含量是随着重金属浓度的增大而增大,体现出了生物膜被重金属离子的破坏的情况.本实验的研究结果提供了香樟幼苗的部分生物指标与Pb和Zn的相关性,为香樟用于废弃金属尾矿的修复试验提供一定的实验依据.

This paper analyses the different concentrations of Pb,Zn ion hybrid seedlings on the soil culture camphor several physiological indicators of the impact of the results show that the experimental results show that,POD,SOD,CAT,such as the biological oxidation resistance of the show is basically change the trend promoting high-low suppression trend,proline,MDA membranaceous permeability,as well as the content,with the concentration of heavy metals increases,reflecting the biofilm was heavy metal ions damage situation.Experimental results of this study provide some of the seedlings of camphor and Pb,and Zn targets the relevance of the camphor for the restoration scrap metal tailings test to provide certain experimental basis.
