摘要:单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌(Listeria monocytogenes)是一种人畜共患病的病原菌,是21 世纪对中国人卫生健康具有重大影响的12 种病原微生物之一 .由于传统的检测方法环节复杂,耗时较长,因此研究一套高效可行的检测方法来提高该菌的检验速度和准确性,使受李斯特菌污染的食品得到及时的处理,保证食品安全进入流通领域,使危害消费者健康的风险降低至最小程度,显得十分必要.随着分子生物学技术的飞速发展,将PCR 及其相关技术应用于检测中,操作简便快速,故备受重视.然而,PCR方法也存在某些局限性.本文就传统检测方法与PCR快速检测方法进行比较并作一简要综述.

Because the traditional examination method link is complex, time-consuming is long, therefore studies a set of highly effective feasible examination method to enhance this fungus the examination speed and the accuracy, enables to obtain Liszt fungus pollution food prompt processing, guaranteed that food enters the current distribution realm safely, causes to harm the consumer health the risk to reduce to the most mild degree, appears very essential. Along with the molecular biology technology's swift development, applies PCR and the correlation technique in the examination, operation simple fast, therefore is subject to takes seriously. However, the PCR method also has certain limitations.
