特许经营商需要保证其员工能自觉维护意美品牌与产品的良好声誉,使用统一商标标识,尽量多地展示出产品的高端质量和优越性能.特许经营商需保证按照意美公司设计师的设计图纸上的要求来装修门店,以使门店内外部装修风格与其它意美分销门店相统一.
特许经营商所有门店的广告宣传牌要遵循意美公司提供的书面材料和企划书上所述之条款（以下称“广告标识”）,以使整个中国的各意美门店的广告标识达到一致
意美公司旨在与信赖的特许经营商拟定本合约.如特许经营商计划要转产或变卖资产,或是招募新的商业伙伴、进行商业合并、移交或其它形式的转变,需提前2个月书面通知意美公司.如未按此要求执行,意美公司保留本合约第8.3（e）条款所阐述之所有权利.
